Farm to Table is Riverbend Environmental Education Center's annual gala, an elegant evening of food, music, and community held each spring at The Pump House in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Guests gather for a paddle raise celebrating the magic of environmental education and the joy of connecting with nature, all in support of Riverbend's work bringing free and accessible nature education to kids across the region.

Each year, we honor individuals and organizations whose generosity and commitment have shaped Riverbend's mission for decades.

Why Farm to Table Matters

For over 50 years, Riverbend has connected children, families, and adults with the abundant nature found on our 30-acre Gladwyne preserve, an outdoor classroom for school groups and summer campers that's also open to the public year-round.

We're committed to providing children access to nature regardless of their zip code, and proceeds from Farm to Table support that work directly, funding programming in Title I schools throughout Norristown, Upper Darby, Delaware County, and Philadelphia, reaching thousands of students each year, while helping keep our preserve open as a living laboratory, 365 days a year.

Each year, Farm to Table honors people and partners who have left a lasting mark on Riverbend, whether through years of board leadership, community partnership, or hands-on support for the preserve.

Past honorees have included longtime board members, multi-generational Riverbend families, and corporate partners whose employee volunteer programs and educational funding have helped children learn where their water comes from and why it matters.
