Barn Rentals

Whether your objective is work or pleasure, Riverbend can offer guests a unique, tranquil setting set apart from the bustle of the Main Line. The Snider Barn, a renovated 1923 Sears & Roebuck catalogue barn, offers rustic beauty and a full line-up of modern amenities to perfectly complement your small to medium-sized gathering.

Our fully restored barn includes the Main Room suitable for sit-down dinners for up to 50 people, casual cocktail parties or slideshow presentations on our six-foot screen. Also available is our bright and sunny "Overlook Room" perfect for business meetings or our cozy "Mezzanine" library area overlooking the Main Room. A small kitchen to accommodate catering and two restrooms are situated on the Main Floor to provide you with all the comfort and ease you expect for your guests.

For slightly larger functions, we offer two finished patios as well as our outdoor classroom which seats 50 and has a covered stage area.

Please note – we have only 32 parking spaces so larger events will require hiring a valet service.

Barn Rental Includes:

• Use of all main floor rooms
• Use of outdoor classroom
• On-site staff person
• Use of tables and chairs
• Trails, benches, ponds and picnic tables

Consult with us about optional education programs or guided hikes presented to your guests!

Rates

• Rates are $200 per hour for private and corporate functions
• Rates are $100 per hour for non-profit groups (weekdays only)
• Please include setup and cleanup time in your planning!
• Riverbend members receive a 10% discount for private functions

Policies

• A reservation must be made
• An advanced deposit of 50% must accompany the signed contract
• Certificate of insurance is required
• All trash and recyclables must be removed at function's end
• Call for additional details

An advance deposit of 50% and a $400 security deposit must accompany the signed contract. Certificate of insurance is required and due at Riverbend 10 business days prior to the event date.
